Live the Smart Way: Eat Protein Pancakes:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup quick gluten free oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese ( 2% )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract and cinnamon
2 whole eggs
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and cook pancakes as normal. top with your favourite pancake topping. Hint: I also add a banana for sweetness and blend.
